note: I’m trying to do this in 3 separate defined functions. My main area of confusion is (C)

Asking for help on a python project: I have two constraints, one being a list ALLOWEDINT of [1,2,3,4] and one being ALLOWEDLENGTH = 4. How would I a) define a function to check user input against the constraint ALLOWEDINT that returns true if the input contains characters not in the list b) define a function to check user input that returns true if not ALLOWEDLENGTH and C) a function that will take user input, convert to string, and utilize both functions from (a) and (b) to repeatedly ask for input until the input is valid?
