It was happend in southern American against racial segeration as well as discreamination . African slaves didn't get oppertunity of equality , liberity and happiness . The major remarkable purpose was to provision of equal rights liegislation for american -african people. It was get huge sucesssfull and finally civil rights was passed against racial duscrimination through1964 act .segeration and Discrimination was aceptable and legal before passed of civil right but later they become all integrated and having no difference even in voting rights also given to african - American people .
