Members of the team have different skills, personalities, capabilities and roles, they are specialised in their respective roles, and work with integration to achieve team performance, if the role ambiguity prevails team members cannot work effectively.
c) personal achievement: every individual's goals and performance are attached to the team's goals and performance, if individual members are not sure about what they are expected to do it will eventually impact whole team in general, and reduce individual productivity in particular.
