b. Shell provides an interface for user to communicate with the operating system's services. The interface can be Command Line Interface or Graphical user Interface.

c. A command is a statement for the computer program like terminal which is targeted to perform a specific task. An output/result is generally expected for a specific command usage.

d. Command Line Argument is to pass some parameters to the specific program through the single line command. It helps to control the program based the requirement.

e. Script is collection or group of commands or instructions. These commands are executed as a program to produce a bulk output.
