Answer #1

Ethical norms focus on the various social constructs that direct our ideas of fairness and justice. This is the foundation for judicial system. The key principles of ethics revolve around ideas of non-maleficence, beneficence, autonomy and justice. Thus whenever someone is wronged or unfairly treated, justice system is meant to bring order. This is where judicial decisions take place.

The very name “judicial” is derived from the word “justice” which is a part of ethical principles. Thus our view of ethics and ethical stands allow the system to take judicial measures in order to provide compensation/damages to the ones that has been wronged or victimized.
