• The overall system architecture which should be used to control the overall processing of the software is that our system should be connected to cloud with some subscription fee which provide offline storing of data that When ever our network goes down the storage of our current data will be stored and our system will work without any problem. The use of software has become very important as rate of processing and network has increased rapidly. As the concern of your valuable data all of it is monitored and kept in place by the company to whoes POS you are subcibed to.
• Software functionality will work smoothly by using this kind of architecture beacuse it is efficient and remove errors as in previous years registers were used to store data which increased the chances of error and as POS is in the market so the scaning of bar code has reduced the error at a very decent rate.It is Acurate in storing data.It provides consistency as price of offers can be set across all outlets of the company.
