Ans1.

Mrs ross is exhausted and helpless due to increse in the responsibility via triplet and she doesn't have any support system from the extended family which makes her more frustrated and due this her anger outburst on the ray with associated factor of his changes behaviour. She giving more time her newborn as they are premature require more care and not giving time to other child. The ray is feel left out because his parents not giving attention to him and feel rivalry after a born of his sister's. This assessment helpful for the counselling of the parent to prevent any upcoming due to the negligence.

PSW should consel the parent about situation and changes in the ray behaviour and how to deal with it , to prevent any future possibile problem
