There are thousands of amino acids but mostly 30types of amino acids makes up the protein.

Succesive amino acids are held together by covalent bond.

Proteins have 4type of structure like Primary, secondary, tertiary,quarternary structure.

Secondary structure have two types,alpha helix and beta sheet structure.

Describing the structure of a helicase as a homohexamer: helicases can have the all type of structures primary secondary and tertiary,but it's homohexamers are made up of six monomers ending up into a complex structure.
