The key responsibility of an HR personnel is to interact with people on a daily basis. They handle employee relations, training, payroll, etc. They also plan, and coordinate the administrative functions in an organization.

Since they have to interact with employees day in and day out they should have goof interpersonal skills.

Hence, to be successful, the first skill that an HR should possess if the interpersonal skill set
