This document establishes the formal acceptance of all deliverables for the accounts office shifting project. The accounts office shifting project has met all the required acceptance criteria ad mentioned in the project requirement document. And the project is audited to ensure that all the deliverables meet the project requirement.

Transition operations have been completed. The accounts section is successfully relocated and all the relevant knowledge is from the project team to operations team also completed.   All the trainings are concluded.

The project manager is authorized and advised to formally close the project. And the project closeout should have post project review, documentation and lessons learned. And the entire project team members should be released. All necessary documents should be archived. Once the project sponsor is notified the project manager will be released from the project.

1.PROJECT BACKGROUND

Present accounts office was small and employees needed more space due to growth of the organization. To expand the office new location is selected as required for organizational needs. All the items and matters belong to the accounts department need to be shifted. The Project outcomes are employees should feel happy. Quicker shifting, no pilferage and zero loss are deliverables.

2.EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project was successfully completed within the stipulated time and project handled very well without any problems.

For Computes and Files proper enclosure should be planned, to avoid water spillages.

Packaging charges and methods should be clearly mentioned in project agreement to avoid last minute packaging issues with customer.

Money can be saved if shifting processed done continuously for 28 hours instead of 48 hours.
