in NH4^+ central atom N involve in sp^3 hybridization. The overlap of Sp^3 hybride orbital of N and S orbital of hydrogen to form Sp^3-S sigma bond .in NH4^+ unpaired electrons of 4 sp^3 hydride orbitals linearly overlap with hydrogen atom of s orbital to form sp^3-s sigma bond.
