If you are proposing cloud storage what does the hospital gain and lose with cloud storage?
GAIN:-
1.If the detail of every patients will be store on the cloud storage then it will become very easy for the doctor to know the health detail about the patient who are admitted immediately due to accidents or other bad things happen because if a person faces an accident then he/she does not any medical records about their health at that time because they do not plan for hospital.
2.It will became easy for doctors in sending full records and reports of patients to other hospital if patients got refer in that hospital.
LOSE:
1.Sometime it might happen that a hospital has to give access to its cloud to other hospitals, In that case there is a risk of security.
2.Initially it will be good but after a long time the problem of cloud storage size will arises because there are thousands of patients went daily in hospital and storing all the data on cloud daily may creates a problem of huge storage capacity of cloud.
If you are proposing cloud storage what does the hospital gain and lose with cloud storage?
A hospital decided to use cloud computing for processing and storage to save costs. After several months, it was discovered that the cloud provider’s storage facilities were compromised and patient information was stolen. The hospital maintained that the cloud provider should be punished and fined for the breach, while the provider responded that it was still the hospital’s responsibility under HIPAA to secure patient information and the hospital was ultimately responsible. Who do you think should be responsible? The cloud...

As we continue to shift to more cloud computing and cloud storage, what is the effect to our expectation of privacy?

What is a cloud deployment model? How does the cloud deployment model relate to the cloud service model?
Cloud based services are becoming more prevalent in industry today for everything from off-site storage to productivity software. What are some things you believe should never become cloud based services? Explain your answer in detail.
Part 1 – Investigate simple cloud file storage. Discussion: Cloud services come in many shapes and sizes. For large corporates, outsourcing many services to cloud providers can be an effective but sometimes costly option. Fed University for example currently uses cloud providers for our corporate web site and also for Workstation management (controlling and updating staff and lab machine software). The university also has plans to use cloud providers for other IT systems. At the other end of the spectrum...
Companies often have the option to leverage cloud storage, which cloud vendors offer to organizations at competitive prices. However, companies can choose between data-at-rest encryption vs. data-in-transit encryption depending on their needs. Discuss whether companies should opt for either or both types of encryption and under what business requirements. Is one better than the other? Provide any real examples where each encryption option is applicable.
what is the cloud? In your estimation, how does the cloud fit into enterprise and business in today’s market? When deploying cloud solutions, it is important to ensure that the system’s life cycle development process as well as risk management and disaster recovery have all been factored in these migrations and processes. Outline the strengths and weaknesses for small, medium and large size entities from moving to the cloud. Provide justification for each one of these for and against and...
