Definitely using timely delivery or customer service over cost would be my trade of decision. As this is specific decision is directly related with the quality service being provided by the organisation and to implement a better brand image, compromising with the quality or Service Delivery for saving the cost would not be adequate.

Timely delivery and customer service directly increases the availability of opportunities for an organisation to successfully assess the criteria of operation that could create a difference in its operational capabilities. This type of approach is essential for creating an impact on availability of opportunities for the organisation to set up a better market and create a strong brand identity.

For an example, a Logistic Company is totally dependent on their timely service and customer service delivery. If the specific location is compromised by taking the cost as a main concern it would drastically affect the operational condition of the specific organisation and reduce its impact on availability of opportunities for the specific organisation by a huge margin.

Another example would include and e-commerce service. The specific retailers are expected to ship the product as soon as possible and to send the product to the customers on urgent basis. If any cheap career is used and the delivery of the product is delayed then it would directly create a negative impact on the brand image of the specific e-commerce and reduce its impact on the available industry limiting the future possibilities of influencing the customer in a positive manner.
