pH = 12.5

pH + pOH = 14

pOH = 1.5

[OH-] = 10^-pOH

[OH-] = 0.0316 M

Volume = 200 mL

millimoles of NaOH = millimoles of HCl

0.0316 x 200 = 0.25 x V

V = 25.3 mL

volume of HCl = 25.3 mL
