2. Select, define and assess the two components of credibility as a strong bottom-line impact on organizations. What importance does this have for you as a leader, why?

I believe that the two most important components of credibility are proper sound knowledge and expertise regarding a certain field based on which it can be said that an organization or a process is credible or not. If we look at these two aspects we will observe that knowledge is important because in order to formulate an idea, implement or apply theories or create anything, knolwedge is of utmost importance and without that success is something very much unlikely. Again, only knowledge will not do, as individuals need to have the required expertise as well in order to use this knowledge in the process so that they are effective in application of the same.

As a leader I believe that we need to have both in order to drive a team towards success and that is possible only when we have the required knolwedge and the required skill in order to implement the same as well. As leaders we need to set examples or it would be difficult for us to expect the same from the team.
