tan x = 1/( 2 pi f C R)

f = 1/ ( 2* 3.14* tan 23* 3300* 3.5*10^-6)

f = 32.48 Hz

Xc = R tan x = 3300 tan 23

Xc = 1400.8 ohm

net impedance

z^2 = Xc^2 + R^2

z = 3585 ohm

av power dissipated

P = V^2 cos x / Z

P = 135^2 cos 23 / 3585

P = 4.68 W
