1. Yes, whenever our system got stuck in business ethics I always offered a strong principle of morality which says that ethical dilemma must be countered with the status of being moral. We must not do anything which is immoral.

2. Yes, approach is more important than the solution, if you give solution than people will use it one time, on the other hand if you will give an approach to solve than it will be a lifetime things. For example if I know a person who can read, I must offer him/her a book rather than preaching on daily basis.

3. Yes, the principal of morality is always clearly stated to all the people working in the organisation. It clearly defines boundaries of conduct. When we run a school we are very clear about that we must transparently tell the parent whatever happens with the student.

4. Yes, we always gave guidelines to the employees via sessions or via documentation. As we know that only stating principles is not important rather we must clearly download the philosophy to the workforce also.
