No, they are not the same thing.

Hyperthreading is an Intel concept that implements "simultaneous" processing of multiple threads in a single processor core. The operating system sees two processor cores, although there is only one physical core.

Superthreading is a time slice based multithreading. A processor that uses this technique is called a multithreaded processor, and such processors are capable of executing more than one thread at a time.
