Answer : a) oldermale with enlarged prostate. Because of his age, immunity is declining or low and hence he is prone to infections. And, also because of enlarged prostate, infection is common.

Reasons for other options :

Toddler with benign murmur has increasing immunity as he grows. Murmur is the sound heard from the heart and which is not related to infection and immunity.

Woman in second trimester of pregnancy also have better immunity than old man

Young women with history of scoliosis had problem only in the spine. So, it is not related to infection
