Answer #1

Given: TPES (Total primary energy supply ) =120 Mtoe/year

Energy produce inside the country =20 Mtoe/year

Total enrgy export =0.5 billian USD

A)    Calculate the cost of net energy import

Cost of export =Energy produce inside the country * Rate of energy

           0.5 billian USD =( 20 Mtoe /year )* Rate of energy

                 Rate of energy = 0.5/20

Rate of energy = 0.025 USD Billion energy

The energy imported =TPES (Total primary energy supply ) - Export

                                               = 120-20

                                               = 100

Cost of import = Rate of energy * Unit imported

                                  = 0.025 * 100

                                  = 2.5 USD BIllion

B) The ratio of Energy export /energy import

The ratio of Energy export /energy import is =Export /import

                                                                                    = 20/100

                                                                                   = 2

C) Obtain energy intencity

Obtain energy intencity = TPES (Total primary energy supply ) /GDP

                                                               = 120/750

                                                               = 0.16

D) Calculate TPES per capita ( Total energy per population of the country )

TPES per capita(Total energy per population of the country ) =TEPS / Population

                                                                                                                  = 120 /80000000

                                                                                                                 = 0.0000015
