Q1:Customer Query Develop a swimlane workflow for the following process:On receipt of a customer query the enclosed data is entered into the Information System by the receiving clerk.The system initiates an availability check. Whether the requested products are available, needs to be checked by the relevant functional area. If the requested goods are available the terms and conditions for the offer are calculated by the relevant functional area. In either case the customer is then sent a written reply on the availability and conditions by the receiving clerk who initially received the request.
