so the phenotypic ratio is

dream controller : dream enterer =1:1

genotypic ratio is

I1I1:I1I2=1:1

here homozygotes I1I1 are dream enterer as well as dream controller but heterozygotes are I1I2 can only enter to others dreams and I2I2 cannot enter or control others dreams here heterozygotes shows an intermediate phenotype so mode of inheritance is incomplete dominance.
