Answer #1

Ttranscriptional modular fingerprinting is a kind of large-scale profiling platform for molecular character analysis of population(s). It is an assay which comprises the study through transcriptional repertoires. This assay reveals an individual’s cellular expression and immune response. The technique use modules for various immunological responses. These modules were arranged together with clinical phenotypes and then counted by matching modules expression relative to phenotype. These data reveal such information which clearly distinguishes among individuals of a population. We can use the technique to find an individual’s threat to be diseased. Different expressions are counted with different modules; which forms fingerprints and then collected these fingerprints together to interpret the data.
