Describe resource leveling:
Resource leveling is project management technique used for scheduling. Its main aim is to allocate the right amount of resources so that project gets completed within the project schedule

Resource leveling is defined by A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) as "A technique in which start and finish dates are adjusted based on resource constraints with the goal of balancing demand for resources with the available supply."(1)

Resource Leveling Objectives:

1. Used for resolving resource level conflicts
2. Balance the workload of resources keeping in mind the time, cost and scope constraints
3. It requires delaying tasks until resources are available

The basic five-step technique to perform resource leveling:
Structure of Resource leveling
