A- Law- Law is a rule of conduct developed by the goverment or society over a certain territory. Law follows certain practices and customs in order to deal with crime, business, social relationships, property, finance, etc. The Law is controlled and enforced by the controlling authority.

Ethics is a system of moral principles. Ethics is concerned with what is good for individuals and society and is also described as moral philosophy. The term is derived from the Greek word ethos which can mean custom, habit, character or disposotion.

Deference between law and ethics

- Law is set of rule and reglations.Were as ethics is set of guidelines.

- Law is Governed by Goverment.were as ethics is Governed by Individual, Legall and Professional norms.

- Law is Expressed and published in writing.were as ethics are abstract.

- Objective - Law is created with an intent to maintain social order and peace in the society and provide protection to all the citizens.were as Ethics are made to help people to decide what is right or wrong and how to act.

B- The area were law an ehtics overlap is called yellow area- Ethics and law often overlap by telling us how moral vallues should be maintainded and makes sure that people do not violet than.
