  • Trust is the essential element involved in team communication as it is the important part in communication. Communication with each one should be regular and consistent and meaningful in order to avoid miscommunication. Trust is also involved in team collaboration which is another way of social interaction. Trust is the essential factor in communication and team performance. In absence of trust in team no one will voice out their opinion or ideas and there will be lesser coordination and collaboration from team members. This will affect the overall performance of the team.
  • Leader and managers want to build team around the mutual trust and wanted to be trusted by whole team. Some of leader who are better at leadership inject the trust in team from starting as they wanted the best out of team and he want trust in interpersonal communication. Communication is the blood line of any organization which will help him build a distinct culture and want to trust within it, and after that leaders can achieve desired results.
