The iceberg extends 22.0 m above the ocean. Thus, the height of iceberg below the ocean is given by,

h = h - 22.0= 210 - 22.0 = 188m

Let the density of ice be \rho_{s} .

Volume of immersed part of the iceberg is given by

Total volume of the iceberg is given by

  V = ardh = X 4702 x 210 ............ (2)

By the principle of floatation,
