Select the most secure hassing function available

PASSWORD_DEFAULT

uses hte bcrypt algorithm it is default as of PHP 5.5.0. This constant is designed to change over time as new and stronger algorithms are added to PHP. So this provides the secure algorithm fo hasing the password.

sotre password is wrong is not a varibale to store password.

this no use for varify the password.

placeholder for incoming password is also wrong.
