The answer is clearly option B ,this is because in such even if the source are same i.e.voltage source but due to the change in there frequency we need to use superposition theorem. Now comming to the explanation part this happens because while solving transients in network theorem we need to convert inductors and capacitors into inductance and capacitance, and for that frequency is a must needed quantity. Now as both the source have different frequencies when we need to find the inductance and capacitance using the frequency of that particular source which is active at that time.
