How can moral relativism make difficult , if not impossible , moral
change and /or progress ?
Moral relativism suggests that moral opinions and rules are relative to a particular group that follows them or a historical period during which it was relevant. This would mean that no single moral standpoint is greater than the other and all are equally important from the particular point of view. This would mean that all the groups would stick to their own standpoints although they may not view others as negative. This would make it difficult for people ton adopt any changes because each one is right from their own standpoint thus blocking the need for change or creating a universal moral code.

Within an environment where change is needed, you must recognize the obstacles that can make changes difficult to implement. Two of these obstacles are risk, which can be observed by others, and biases, which tend to be personal and internalized. Discuss risks and biases for a chosen organization. How can they taint analysis? How could you minimize resistance to the use of analytics-based decision making?
