HCM involves growing suite of application with the record of employees as central element. These applications provide support to recruitment, pay role, benefits, hiring, taxes, carrier and training programs, employment history, self-service and more. 3. Supply chain management: Organizations may need to buy, sell and export goods to the different parts of the world that involves observation of inventory levels, weather reports, political news and trends of the customers in quest for excellence in the supply chain management. Supply chain management involves strategies that help in regulating the product flow and services from resources to customer. 4. Customer relationship management: CRM involves strategies, processes and information systems used by the organization for building and maintaining relationship with its current customers.
