Answer #1

The norm of Reciprocity is a mechanism of cooperation with others to establish mutual benefit. Reciprocity theory is a social practice that requires people, if someone has supported them, to return a favor. Reciprocity norms, also known as reciprocity rules, are a social practice where you feel compelled to withdraw your favor if you do anything for yourself. Because we collectively know about this social ideal, we feel obliged to respond to good intentions. We also expect people to reimburse our supporting work. Through the production of this need, the cycle of socialization has an important role. With maturity, children learn to share, take turns, and take collective action. In establishing and maintaining relationships, reciprocity plays an important role. It is necessary to persuade or encourage others to persuade or inspire them.

The interpersonal theory is also used by traders to exploit the behavior of future customers. Advertisers plan marketing strategies to create the impression that a brand has benefited potential customers. Companies, for example, offer the consumer an opportunity for a free trial of their products, such as mattresses or exercise equipment. Brands emphasize to their customers that after a month they can return the product if they do not like their order for any reason. But by the end of the test, a customer can decide that the product does not fit their needs and decide to return the product. You know that the organization needs to strive for a withdrawal process after a free trial. They are reluctant to be uncomfortable with mutual rules. Again in favor of a free trial, the consumer must be forced to buy and maintain the product.

The reciprocal practice will affect our actions if we have a moral duty to pay a favor. For example, when a stranger opens the door for us we thank them. This internal reciprocity does not help us because people want us to pay a debt, but because we want to redo certain behaviors and actions.

In many cases, a good understanding of reciprocity can be beneficial. This can be particularly useful if people are confident in meeting a need. Only a small gesture of goodwill will allow a person to consent to the request later.

We have also seen how business and marketing can use standardization of reciprocity. Yet in many aspects of life, it can be equally useful. Greet people, say "Good morning" and keep the doors open for those in social situations. This antisocial activity will lead to more meaningful relationships. Even when the support of the other person is needed, recipients may feel motivated to achieve their harmony.
