one tailed \Rightarrow population > sampled

\Rightarrow \mu-\mu_{0} (left tailed)

n=21

The critical value for t, for one tailed, degree of freedom , n-1= 21-1=20

\alpha=0.05,t_{20,0.05}=1.7247

\Rightarrow t=-1.2>t_{c}=-1.72

\therefore t>t_{c}, do not reject the null hypothesis i.e., Retain Null hypothesis ,
