Conclusion: In brief, there are many issues that adversely affect the warehouse and flows whihc concern the logistic. cost of fuel is the biggest issue that can increase the prices of the transportation cost which significantly affects the logistics.

another very important issues are the business process improvement, improvement in the customer service, condition of the economy, driver retention and shortage, government regulation, technological strategies, and implementation and environmental issues.

In order to avoid these issues, logistics companies should try to make strategies and action plans for these issues. these issues need to be addressed and it is also very important for the company to find out why and how these issues are impacting the warehouse and logistics.
