1. Lack of sufficient and open communication between the employees within the department and outside the department.
2. lack of coordination and corporation among different departments within the same organization.
3. Efficient and Effective time management.
Recommendations for non-training issues:
1. Education must be provided to the employees of all the departments to work with harmony and centralize the interest towards achieving the target.
2. The top authority must delegate some responsibility and authority to make a decision to the employees so that they can feel recognized and motivated.
3. There must be informal communication along with the formal one so that the employees can talk freely.
Following approaches must be followed to decide the need for training:
1. Reactive approach: The organizations can adopt this approach where the organization is smaller in size and does not need pre-planning for the training program. When there is a need to act immediately, the organization adopts this approach to impart training to the employees.
2. Proactive approach: When there is a need to improve the business activity and performance of the employees, organizations adopt a proactive approach to decide about the training need.
3. Systematic approach: This training approach involves more research and literature work for deciding about the training. In this approach, the entire procedure of training gets divided into stages and sup-parts for ensuring effectiveness.
