Answer #1

Ans) 1. Trigylceride : Lipase.

Lipase is an enzyme that will break down complex molecule fat into fatty acid so that it is readily absorbed by the intestine.

2. Amylopectin : Oligo-1,6-glucosidase.

In oligosaccharides, Oligo 1,6 glucosidase will catalyse the alpha 1,6 glucosidic hydrolysis reactions.

3. DNA : DNAse.

DNAse is an enzyme of type nuclease that will work on DNA and will cleave the phosphodiester bond in DNA.

4. Casein : Casease.

Casein which is extensively used for cheese ripening is decomposed by the enzyme casease.

5. Gelatin : Gelatinase.

The proteolytic enzyme gelatinase will bring about the hydrolysis of gelatin, a protein into amino acids and peptides which are able to cross the membrane of cell and can be used by individual organism.

6. Amylose : α amylase.

Alpha amylase is an enzyme that will cleave the alpha bond present in the polysaccharides such as starch.

Ans) If a bacterium is positive for the starch plate, milk plate, and the tribuyrin plate it is likely to be found in the small intestine within the body.
