Switch from T to R state.

Explanation: Glycogen phosphorylase b normally exsists in T state that is an inactive state and phosphorylase a exists in R state that is an active state when there is ATP present is it's physiological form.
The AMP concentration increases during exercise in muscle and it signals energy demand as the energy becomes low  , and then the AMP activates glycogen phosphorylase b by changing it's confirmation from a tense to relaxed state. As soon as there is increase in ATP concentration , it again returns to tensed state.

Explanation:
Glycogenin is an enzyme that acts a primer which plays a major role in conversion of glucose to glycogen.
It helps in polymerisation of first few monomers of glucose, and later on the other enzymes come into play. Gycogenin remains attached covalently to the reducing end of glycogen molecule when other enzymes take over.
