C6H12O6 + 6 O2 ------> 6CO2 + 6 H2O + Energy
Glucose is oxidized to CO2
O2 is reduced to water

Photosynthesis:
6CO2 + 12 H2O --------> C6H12O6 + 6 H2O + 6 O2
CO2 is reduced to Glucose
Water is oxidized to O2
