Answer: all of these

The final electron acceptor in aerobic respiration is oxygen while that for anaerobic respiration is not oxygen. For example, for alcoholic fermentation it is ethanol.

The reactants are clearly different in both the cases. In aerobic respiration, pyruvate is converted into acetyl-CoA and channelized into TCA cycle and then oxidative phosphorylation while involve a lot of reactants that are not found in anaerobic respiration.

As said above, aerobic respiration has a number of further steps like the citric acid cycle, electron transport chain, chemiosmosis, oxidative phosphorylation, etc that are not present in anaerobic respiration.

In Citric acid cycle, when isocitrate is converted to alpha-ketoglutarate, CO2 is released. Also, when alpha-ketoglutarate is converted to Succinyl-CoA, CO2 is released.

In pyruvate oxidation, when pyruvate is converted to acetyl-CoA by the enzyme Pyruvate dehydrogenase, CO2 is released.

In no other given option, there is the release of CO2 invovlved in any of their steps
