2. Skin is coverd with scales, fully moist and glandular. In some animals skin is rough, dry etc. It can absorb water. and it also helps in respiration. Different glands like poison,mucous glands are present there.

3. Fertilization is external. Separate sexes are present. There are two phases in their life cycle. a) Larval phase. b) Adult phase.

6. They eat insects, worms, snails, small fish etc. Adult amphibians are carnivores. They catch the prey with the sticky ends of their own tongue.

7. Different respiratory organs are present. E.g- lungs, skin, gills, buccal cavity etc.
