Slide 2. The organism on the slide 2 can be identified as eggs of Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm). The characteristic features of  Enterobius vermicularis egg are elongated oval shape, transparent, and asymmetrical with flattened one side. Pinworms cause perianal enterobiasis in humans. The eggs get deposited at the perianal skin, which gets dislodge to spread the infection.

Slide 3. The organism on the slide 3 can be identified Trypanosoma brucei. The characteristic features of Trypanosoma brucei - elongated streamlined unicellular body with an anterior flagellum. It causes sleeping sickness in humans. It can be detected in the circulating blood( the round cells in the background are RBCs).

Slide 4. The reproductive structure is conidiospore. The long hypha is known as conidiophore and the small circular structure at the tip is called conidia or conidiospore. Conidiospore is a type of asexual spore in fungi, that get detach when mature and spread. Conidiospores are commonly found in fungi like Penicillium.
