In my opinion or view , the social responsibility is a means to attain suistainability .If we adopt the key social responsibility principles like transparency ,accountability ect we can help ourselve in ensuring the long term variability and success of the system or organization .Following the area of social responsibility which are most important to me .
I belive that these above listed social responsibility area are also important to a business organization so that the business can succeed .If there is lack of mentioned social responsibility then the organization will face downs in lot of aspect like ethics or consumer issue , social or envt. issues , bad labor practices causing less production etc .So these are very important for any organization to be successfull.
I would assess if the action of a team member is ethical or not ethical by means of above mentioned social responsibility .
