The most important policy issue involving human development today includes the lack of equal ethnic and racial priviligdes provided in an equal distribution scale. In order to ensure that the government can improve the lives of the affected citizens in this issue, it is necessary to ensure that there is equal representation of every racial and indigenous groups of Individuals in the government in ratio with the population so that policies concerning them are not left out. The priviligdes must be ensured based upon equity and the needs must be attended to accordingly.
