Answer- The mutagen property can be checked by growing two plates. One with compound and one without target compound. If the mutation is observed in the plates with the compound then it may be considered as mutagen.
The MIC amd MLC can be checked by preparing the plates or broth with varying concentration and dilutiins. The minimum concentration that inhibit the growth will be MIC. And minimum concentration that will kill the cells will be MLC.
