Question 1
Thus is true. Galvanic cell and voltaic cell are the same thing.
True. The terms voltaic and galvanic are interchangeable.
Part C
In a voltaic cell, a spontaneous reaction occurs, and the energy released is converted to electrical energy.
In voltaic cells, anode is the electrode where oxidation takes place. In oxidation, electrons are lost at the electrode, and cations are formed which go into solution. These electrons which are lost flow from the anode to the cathode through the outer circuit. At the cathode, electrons are used up in the reduction of aqueous metal ions from the solution to solid metal(or, in the case of non-metals, a neutral non-metal will take up the ions to give anions which go into the solution) Thus, the chemical reaction is used to power the circuit from Anode to Cathode. If you put a light bulb in this part of the circuit, it’ll light up.
Also, due to electron flow in the above part of the circuit, in galvanic cells, anode is referred to as negative electrode (source of electrons) while cathode is positive electrode.
Based on the above information :
True. The oxidation half-reaction at the anode generates free electrons which flow to the cathode.

Chem 1212 Lab Report on electrochemistry
Electrochemistry When electrons transfer between reaction components in a redox reaction, we can harness the motion of the electrons to create a potential. Electrochemistry revolves around the separation of the two half-reactions in a redox reaction and establishing two different electrodes. This might involve physically separating the half-reactions or including a separator, such as a semi-permeable membrane or plastic dividers. With the reactions separated, the electrons will need to flow through the wire connecting...
