1-Cell wall of Archaebacteria is made up of peotidoglycan , as they have ether bonds with aliphatic acid branching. Eubacterial cell wall made up of lipid membrane ester bond with fatty acid.
2- Archea do not follow the metabolic pathways like glycolysis and kreb cycle but use similar pathway, eubacteria use these pathway for energy production.
