Let

F 1= 10 pound

F 2 = 20 pound

Angle between the two = 60 degrees

Resultant = sqrt ( 10*10 + 20*20 - 2*10*20 Cos 60)

=sqrt (300 ) pound = 17.32 pound

And Direction is theta = arctan(20/10)

Therefore theta = 63.43 degrees.
