Protein 1 is Intergral protein which contain helical bundle.

Protein 2 is Intergral protein which contain beta barrel.

Protein 3 is Peripheral protein.

Inproteins 1 and 3 middle arrow part have nonpolar amino acids are present. Because the middle arrow part consist of lipid layer. So non polar amino acids form bond with hydrophobic lipid layer.

Upper and down arrow amino acids are polar amino acids, because they are attached to the hydrophilic head of phospholipid bilayer.

The properties of amino acis outside the pore are polar and and inside the pore is non polar. The beta sheets in the protein 2 is formed majorly by non polar amino acids because for the attachment to the membrane.
