a) When the loop is going to the right inside the magnetic field which is into the the page then by the Fleming right hand rule the current will be moving in counter clockwise direction. And the cuurent in the loop generate own magnetic field which will be out of the page.

So option d is correct.

b) If the particle is inside the magnetic field . And if the magnetic field is doubled, then the radius of circulating particle will be half because the radius is inversily proportional to the magnetic filed(r=mv/qB) .

Option a is correct.
