Answer #1

Answer:65:-

Option 5:-Roots.

Roots are the structures would likely develop from an apical meristem.Roots develops from the root apical meristem.

Apical meristem are two types:-

1-shoot apical meristem(SAM):-shoot apical meristem develops the flowers and leaves. This apical meristem is the source of all above ground organs.

Root apical meristem(RAM):-Root apical meristem which provides the meristematic cells for the root growth.Root apical meristem is the source of underground organs.Stem cells are arounded by organizing center. This organizing center known as quiescent center (QC) cells. These cells together produces most of the cells in an adult root.

3 theories described the root apical meristem:-

1:~Apical cell theory by Nageli in 1878

2:~Histogen theory by Hanstein in 1868.

3:~Korper-kappe theory by Schiiep in 1917.

So I can say easily that roots are the structure that develop from apical meristem.

Answer:-

Option 5th:~Human population growth is the greatest threat to plant diversity.

Many factors are the threat for plant diversity like degradation habitat lose, over exploitation(whole plant it to reduce the chance of survival in whole life),Air pollution,Native species and human population growth.

The greatest threat to plant diversity is Human population growth.Regular growth in human population is main reason of the plant diversity destruction.Human destroyed the plants for use of woods, medicinal products, ornamentals, shelter homes.humans population increasing rates is very high.A great number of plant species by IUCN Red listed criteria that is very close to extinction.22% plant species are threatened and almost 30% plant species are threatened or near-threatened.

Controlling the human population are very necessary for the conservation of plant diversity.

Some steps like ex-situ conservation and in-situ conservation is the most useful conservation mathods for conserved the plant diversity.

So the human population growth is the greatest threat to plant diversity.
